Many, many guests have commented on the wonderful Carbonara dinner, and these are people who know good food! I especially appreciated your extra assistance in keeping us on schedule, organizing the many details, and remaining so calm and gracious throughout. Your well-trained staff were also very helpful and provided many extra unexpected touches – cool water and a low temperature for the bride’s changing room, the drinks of choice for the parents immediately after the ceremony, gathering and returning our personal items, and readily problem-solving any concerns.
